Digital Product
ChatPixel is a digital software product with instant access upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
Annual Subscriptions
If you are unsatisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after 14 days will not be honored for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
Lifetime Access
Lifetime access purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the Service to send prospect reports or onboard clients. Once the Service has been actively used, the sale is considered final.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@chatpixel.io with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all requests within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Accounts associated with chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
